Kanye has officially been charged with two misdemeanors for his attack on a paparazzi at LAX. Back in July, he got into a physical altercation with a photog that was later taken to the hospital. Since then, the pap has filed a lawsuit against the rapper. If convicted on criminal battery and attempted grand theft charges, Ye could face a year in jail. He’s due back in court October 10. Bound.
